It's been quite a journey getting here. I've sold, given, or thrown away almost everything I owned in Southern California, and left my 22-year-old son, just so that I could come here and experience the magic of Bali and lead amazing retreats and getaways that inspire and empower women to live their very best lives in every way.
Because that's what I love, love, love to do!
Why retreats, island getaways and grand tours? Because as a psychotherapist I recognized that the women in my practice who experienced the greatest transformation and healing in their lives were those who also attended my retreats.
I believe the significant factor of retreats is experiencing commUNITY with other women. There is a special synergy that takes place when we set aside time away from the fast pace of our everyday lives and join other women with the intention of transformation, relaxation, recreation and growing in self-love.
It is in this sacred space of commUNITY that we frequently find the long-forgotten path back to ourselves.
I am super excited about sharing sacred time with you in Bali! Bali is nothing short of spectacular and the perfect location for us to come together and deepen our connection to our heart, our soul and to living our very best life!
If you have any questions please reach out via WhatsApp or email.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing a very special, life-changing Bali experience with you!
The hardest part about moving to Bali has been leaving my amazing son, Kenny, in California, even though he is 22 years old, 6'4", and doing absolutely fantastic without me!
I've been a single parent and we've made an awesome team since he was 11 months old and no matter how tough it was at times I wouldn't change a single thing!
In being a dedicated parent I've experienced love like I've never known before and could never even imagine. I am so incredibly grateful and feel like Kenny is God's greatest gift to me. I have been blessed to no end to be his "mum," as my new British friend Nichola says!
This photo was taken at 6:30 am when Kenny picked me up at my friend Lori's house to take me to the Los Angeles International Airport an hour away! Even though he is not really a morning person like I am, he insisted on taking me! I love and miss him like crazy!
When I decided to move to Bali I had five garage sales! Yes, five!
I had to ask all of my friends for lots of help! I could not have done it alone!
This is one of my favorite garage sale moments! Everytime I posted an announcement on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, NextDoor or OfferUp, I stated that I was moving to Bali and everything had to go! I met some of the coolest people!
One day a man who looked like Larry Bird's brother pulled up to my garage sale in a huge truck, got out yelled, "Who here is moving to Bali?" I yelled back, "I am!" He yelled, "Bali is awesome! Good luck! And got back in his truck and left!
I kept praying for signs because I'd never been to Bali before and it was really "out there" even for me! But the signs kept coming and this was early on so I took it as a big sign that I was making the right decision!
I am deeply honored to have led many women's retreats before they were the "in" thing!
Bringing women together in the sacred space of a retreat feels like creating magic to me! I know it might sound silly, but the alchemy present when women who want to expand, enlighten and push the edges of their comfort zone is nothing short of magical and miraculous! And I cannot wait to experience this in Bali with you!
provides ample opportunity for women to have awakenings and awarenesses they would never experience without taking time away from their home environment.
This is an incredible group of women who attended one of my last retreats in California during the pandemic!
